Finally, I'm so pleased to see that there is someone other than the CUSTOMER SERVICE from the PALACE of CHANCE that can better assist me in actually REDEEMING MY WINNINGS. After browsing i came across this online casino that had a $75 sign up bonus. I thought I had nothing to loose since they were willing to give me "FREE NO DEPOSIT BONUS" just for signing up and dowloading their software. I played KENO and ended up winning $1200.00 for betting $1.00 and hitting 9 numbers. I played through whatever amount I needed to in order for me to be able to redeem the winnings. I finally clicked on the CASHIER to see if I can withdraw my winnings. I tried to do a overnight wire transfer, AND THEY SAID I'D HAVE TO WAIT 7-10 DAYS FOR THEM TO PROCESS IT. So in the mean time, CUSTOMER SERVICE asks me if I filled out the account varification form and I would need to send over a copy of my CALIFORNIA I.D. and my CREDIT CARD as well as a UTILLITY BILL varifying my address. I did everything that was required and even read the terms and conditions numerous times. I even went to the extent of depositing money, but while this "wire transfer was processing" they said I'd have to contact CUSTOMER SERVICE and they could do the transaction instead. I sent another request to follow up and see why hadn't I received anything in my account yet? NOW, CUSTOMER SERVICE says that I can not redeem the winnings because I haven't deposited anything to them. They said I used bonus codes and my winnings weren't VALID and they do not allow us players to use more than one bonus code at a time. (if that was so true, why do they have numerous bonus codes with no deposit required and cash out was redeemable?) So now as I look at the ACCOUNT HISTORY, it clearly shows"MANAGER WITHDRAW REQUESTED.... MANAGER WITHDRAW APPROVED OF $1000.00" I did a live chat and asked what that meant? and sure enough the gentlemen told me that my winnings were voided because I used numerous bonus codes and I would not be able to redeem anything because I didn't deposit any money into their account. I was able to win by redeeming my NO DEPOSIT SIGN UP BONUS CODE. (No deposit bonus code is money they give you to sign up with them. It was still money they granted to me and if I won or loose would have only been a result of me being able to be lucky or not.) So the gentleman trasnfered me over to "WITHDRAW DEPARTMENT" (ON LIVE CHAT) and I basicly was hung up on. This is the second time RTG did this to me and I feel that I need to take action for this because I won the money fair and square. I would like to file a complaint regarding this matter becuase I feel like they have to be doing something behind the scene for them to always want to void player's winnings. The "NO DEPOSIT BONUS CODES ARE THEIR BAIT FOR US GAMERS TO BITE AND IF WE WIN, SOMETHING IN THEIR SYSTEM SAYS THAT OUR WINNINGS CAN NOT BE REDEEMED. Since CUSTOMER SERVICE is an employment occupation, being employed there, EMPLOYEES aren't allowed to participate in any of the games. Is that why they don't let GAMERS win with their "no limit max payouts" on no deposit bonuses? I just wanted some type of help from someone who could actually do something about these rigged casino winnings?
