Palace of Chance - Sign up and receive a no deposit bonus code


Finally, I'm so pleased to see that there is someone other than the CUSTOMER SERVICE from the PALACE of CHANCE that can better assist me in actually REDEEMING MY WINNINGS. After browsing i came across this online casino that had a $75 sign up bonus. I thought I had nothing to loose since they were willing to give me "FREE NO DEPOSIT BONUS" just for signing up and dowloading their software. I played KENO and ended up winning $1200.00 for betting $1.00 and hitting 9 numbers. I played through whatever amount I needed to in order for me to be able to redeem the winnings. I finally clicked on the CASHIER to see if I can withdraw my winnings. I tried to do a overnight wire transfer, AND THEY SAID I'D HAVE TO WAIT 7-10 DAYS FOR THEM TO PROCESS IT. So in the mean time, CUSTOMER SERVICE asks me if I filled out the account varification form and I would need to send over a copy of my CALIFORNIA I.D. and my CREDIT CARD as well as a UTILLITY BILL varifying my address. I did everything that was required and even read the terms and conditions numerous times. I even went to the extent of depositing money, but while this "wire transfer was processing" they said I'd have to contact CUSTOMER SERVICE and they could do the transaction instead. I sent another request to follow up and see why hadn't I received anything in my account yet? NOW, CUSTOMER SERVICE says that I can not redeem the winnings because I haven't deposited anything to them. They said I used bonus codes and my winnings weren't VALID and they do not allow us players to use more than one bonus code at a time. (if that was so true, why do they have numerous bonus codes with no deposit required and cash out was redeemable?) So now as I look at the ACCOUNT HISTORY, it clearly shows"MANAGER WITHDRAW REQUESTED.... MANAGER WITHDRAW APPROVED OF $1000.00" I did a live chat and asked what that meant? and sure enough the gentlemen told me that my winnings were voided because I used numerous bonus codes and I would not be able to redeem anything because I didn't deposit any money into their account. I was able to win by redeeming my NO DEPOSIT SIGN UP BONUS CODE. (No deposit bonus code is money they give you to sign up with them. It was still money they granted to me and if I won or loose would have only been a result of me being able to be lucky or not.) So the gentleman trasnfered me over to "WITHDRAW DEPARTMENT" (ON LIVE CHAT) and I basicly was hung up on. This is the second time RTG did this to me and I feel that I need to take action for this because I won the money fair and square. I would like to file a complaint regarding this matter becuase I feel like they have to be doing something behind the scene for them to always want to void player's winnings. The "NO DEPOSIT BONUS CODES ARE THEIR BAIT FOR US GAMERS TO BITE AND IF WE WIN, SOMETHING IN THEIR SYSTEM SAYS THAT OUR WINNINGS CAN NOT BE REDEEMED. Since CUSTOMER SERVICE is an employment occupation, being employed there, EMPLOYEES aren't allowed to participate in any of the games. Is that why they don't let GAMERS win with their "no limit max payouts" on no deposit bonuses? I just wanted some type of help from someone who could actually do something about these rigged casino winnings?

Casino account does not show any deposit attempts between any free chip. Free Chip withdrawal request cancellations does not count as real deposits unless withdrawal has been already approved and the reposit has Management approval as well.

Unfortunately winnings were voided due to free chip abuse and Palace of Chance won't allow any more free chips to be credited into your casino account. You are allow and more welcome to make a real deposit and if by any chance you cannot cashout on your real deposit you can claim a free chip between future deposits made.

I did make a deposit and it would not allow me to do so even with the online chat customer service representative. I've actually deposited some of the money I did win back into the casino, does that count? I really like playing with Palace of Chance and that is why I tried to be a loyal gamer. To avoid any conflict, can I get the $75 that I'm able to cash out?

Account has been opened on 4/5/2011 3:02:15 AM. You redeemed Free Chip Code: NEWBET75 and requested a cashout for $1000. This Free chip has a maximum cash-out of $75 and at the time cas-out was requested you were entitled to $75 winnings.

Unfortunately while withdrawal was pending for approval a total of 14 free chips totaling $1,064.00 in free money were redeemed and wagered in play several games. According to the system those 14 free chips were redeemed by you without having any deposits in between which is required as per casino rules.

As per Palace of Chance Casino Rules: •The player may receive only one free chip in between deposits, any winnings resulting from multiple free chips will be void. This is the reason winnings were void and Manager removed all money from your account as per Free Chip abuse.

I signed up with Palace of Chance because they had a "no deposit sign up bonus code" upon signing up. With that code, I played thru whatever amount it was I had to play thru. I tried to withdraw via overnight wire transfer and they said it would take them 7-10 days till anything happens. They had me fill out all documents and sent them every bit of information they needed to varify my account. So as I patiently waited I just played with the bonus codes since I tried to even make a deposit but it did not allow me to do so. So after various emails and correspondence, they said that my winnings were voided because I used the no deposit bonus codes. Initially I used and won with the first one they granted me with. (Who wouldn't be happy after going thru personal issues and winning all of a sudden thinkin that it was a blessing in disguise to help me and my kids....) I like Palace of Chance, it's one of the best casino's online, but at the same time upset that they refused to grant me my winnings and just didn't make me a satisfied player of their casino....

Issues with the withdrawal method via wire transfer

In August, I decided to finally give the promotions a go on the site and deposited 100$ for a 250% deposit bonus match, I think-- some kinda huge match bonus though.

I played through the wagering requirement and also had a manager withdrawal of the coupon $100 from my winnings.

I've been trying to initiate a wire transfer for my winnings. Canadian player here banking with < removed >and also tried < removed > for wire info. After trying < removed > 2x, I contacted support, numerously actually, support stated < removed > does not accept international wire transfers, which doesn't make sense to me because my first time doing a wire transfer, I phoned customer service for < removed > & received all the information I needed for the wire transfer on Palace of Chance.

3rd time asking for support on what banks can accept the wire transfer, the closest answer I received was < removed > .

So I researched CAD banks that accept international wire transfers. I came across that my < removed > account has a wire transfer, and the information is < RBC >, so I sent the new information to POC email support, and once again.. they declined my withdrawal request!!

Not sure what to do from here on.

I even tried to ask if I can just withdraw using Coindraw, as I do have crypto wallets, but bcoz I didn't deposit using crypto, I guess I'm not eligible for that option.

I did make a deposit for confirmation wallet, though a few months back, but the currency is USD and I'm CAD, so the amount was too low for it 🙃
