Palace of Chance not paying out
Hi, My withdrawl from palace of chance was verified on the 26/11/2010 and was to be sent out on within 7-10 business days. I waited for that and nothing. I have emailed them numberous times and been onto damian in live chat at least 10 times. Evey time i get told the same thing, "it'll be processsed middle or end of next week and still nothing. Can you help please. Thanks

I have been in touch with another lady. I am still waiting on payment but shes hopefully sorting it.
If you are referring to Claudia then you are in good hands she is in charge of player payout escalations.
