Palace of Chance not paying
I won 185 on may 17th and requested the withdraw. It was approved on June 3rd. I have been told 2 weeks in row that it would be in account in e-wallet. I have checked, it is not there. I contacted them again and now Damian who says he is in charge tells me it will be another week. I told him I have abided by all there rules and I am not waiting any longer that I was going to get a casino monitor involved at this point.
Can someone please help me?

It usually takes 7 to 10 business days for withdrawals to be approved (in your case, it took a couple of extra days). Once the withdrawal is approved, it is sent to the Accounting department, they process it and send it to our third party processors, who in turn send funds to you; this second part of the process usually takes 10 business days. When you were told it would be sent to your eWalletXpress account, there must have been a misunderstanding because, even though it will be, the casino is still within the regular timeframe, this wasn’t supposed to happen until tomorrow.
I’ll check up on your funds and make sure they are sent as soon as possible.
