Hi, I deposited money through my credit card to the Palace of Chance casino and I won $400. I requested the withdrawl on the 17/08/2010 and it was finally approved on the 02/09/2010 and was told it would take upto 10 working days to send the payment to my NETTELLER account which I had to open just to recieve my winnings as they said they cannot pay it back to my credit card as I am in the UK. I have contacted them several times in the last 3 weeks and I am always told it would be paid in the next couple of days but this never happens and the withdrawls dept are now blaming a 3rd party processor which deals with payments so I asked them to contact the 3rd party to find out when my money will be paid. The responce I got amazed me as they said they could not contact them. I have sent in all the documents they asked for.
