Palace of Chance - non payment

I gambled at Palace of Chance for almost 4 years and lost regularly. In April of this year, I had a run of good luck and won over $20000 at Palace of Chance. I have not received a payment since August and that was for an April win. I have several chat histories that show promises of payment that have not been made. Chat history now is 'I don't know when we will pay you... maybe next month.'

We have forward this complaint to the reps of Palace of Chance Casino. Hopefully, we'll receive their answer soon. Thanks for your patience!

Unfortunately when the player is located in some specific countries, our processors are unable to send funds too close together, especially when they are large amounts.

In this case, you haven't received funds from Palace since the end of August, but instead we've sent you two large amounts from Cool Cat and Club Player.

Your next cashout from Palace has been approved, you will receive it in your QT account in approximately 10 days.

Palace of chance is using the same tacticts as coolcat.

They try to trick you when they know or assume you dont read there rules. ex:

Several weeks ago i got a email promoting a no max cashout no playthrough coupon code from palace of chance. I knew i had two accounts there so i wrote them back asking them to remove any other accounts that i have besides the one i was using now and recently created because i had trouble with my old email service. They didn't respond, however I got a response by ticket (pc generated). I then noticed last week that they never removed it, and then i got another email with a simular offer. I wrote back and asked them again to remove any multiple accounts i have there before i make any deposite`s with your casino. They still dident do it!!!. If i wouldn't have wrote them and made a deposit and won they would deny my winnings because i broke the rule. No multiple accounts. Yet they knowingly would have accepted my credit card all the while knowing that i wouldn't be able to withdraw because they could and would use that to disqualify and void my clain and winnings. In other words they try whatever they can to deny or slow or put the player through so much stress that they eventually give up. Now really..this is proof of another casino from this group that pre arranges a way to deny players winnings. These casinos need to be seriously investigated and there unlawful tactics needs to be exposed. I have made real money deposites in that casino as well. I guess they know the player will lose before they even start to play because they as like coolcat are using tactics to manipulate there players. Is this good business practices? I have lost so much trust in them and the more years i play the more i see that makes me very suspicious of foul play and unlawful activity. I am so fed up with this manipulation and humiliation that im getting from this virtual group.

That casino and my complaints should be taken and used to investigate those casinos in that virtual group. I am not some sore loser I have a good education besides the bad speller i have a clean criminal record, and driving record as well. I have worked with corrections for 7 years and took courses in crimanal justice. I have been a superviser for 8 years. I have a total of 25 years at my job all together. I have had several part time jobs as well. I have never been fired and always been a honest trustworthy worker. I just want to let you know im not some sore loser trying to get money or abuse the casinos. I am a victim of there abuse and thats why im writing all these letters.
