Palace of Chance No-deposit bonus

RESOLVED
posted on October 7, 2011.

Hi, i have a similar complaint to mike 2252. I redeemed a no-deposit coupon and went through the turnover process and ended up with $100 winnings that were withdrawable. I then withdrew to my money bookers which got declined but recieved managers approval. So i went on live chat to see why it was declined. Here is the conversation.

A site operator will be with you momentarily.

Hi! Thank you for using our LiveChat Service. This is 'Mark'. Please verify your Email and Phone Number so that I can assist you.

punkmaster: email address

punkmaster: phone number

Mark: Hi, how may I help you?

punkmaster: phone number again

Mark: Are you still with me?

punkmaster: Hi i see that my withdrawal request got managers approval however the moneybookers was declined. Could you please advise if i have to do anything else for withdrawal

Mark: I am afraid the withdrawal has been denied. Players from UK can not withdraw funds from the welcome bonus.

punkmaster: What??? thats ridiculous

punkmaster: What am i supposed to do now as i was going to use that money to benefit from the 300% 1st deposit bonus i recieved in an email

punkmaster: May i deposit now and then withdraw the bonus

Mark: You are more than welcome to deposit and after your first deposit you will be able to withdraw winnings from free chips.

punkmaster: Will i be able to withdraw the winnings i have in my account at this minute

Mark: Unfortunately not

What is the point in offering a no-deposit bonus when it is quite clearly a deposit beforehand bonus, it's absolutely ridiculous.

Any help would be much appreciated.
