I have sent in copies of my driver's license, credit cards, insurance, bank statements, and what little utilities I have. I've even offered my voter's registration. However, they refuse to pay.

In the mean time while my documents have been approved, the casino refused my withdrawal a second time. Then, they asked me to re-request my withdrawal. That has been done. However, the time frame has now approached the suspicious phase. I look forward to what reason they give next. As an addition, their sister site "Slots of Vegas" I already have a complaint for them.

On 8/13/13 I was finally emailed to which I replied. I was greeted by a swank female named Maria, with a heavy Latin accent. She stated that she once again (now remember, I have already scanned in everything but my voter registration card) needed to verify my information. She was very audacious as she stated, "I am just trying to verify YOUR information so that YOU can receive YOUR money. Sometimes players move and we just want to make sure that there are no typos in the system. Once we mail the check, there is a $250 fine if we have to resend the check."

There is a $250 fine for typos in your system? Can YOUR people not read? Do they not have my photocopied ID, bank statements, insurance, utilities, blood type, heart rate, and the credit report you pulled lowered my score by 10 points. For a withdrawal that started in what seems like JUNE to still be waiting in mid AUGUST seems ludicrous.

Before a check is sent withdrawals department contacts the player to verify info. It happened before that a player moves to a new place and check is sent to the previous address causing this lots of trouble for the player and the casino
