So Frustrating
I have had such a hard time with both Palace of Chance and Cool Cat Casinos. I currently have three withdrawals pending with the casinos (2 with Cool Cat and one with Palace of Chance) and I had (What I thought was) a small issue in that I am relocating for work next weekend and won't have a physical address(except my work) for awhile. I've explained this to about six agents for both casinos trying to ask them for help with how to receive the deposit. At first it seemed like an easy fix-- just put the monies on my card. However I am getting varying answers as to what can be deposited and how. It's so frustrating as I am moving soon and the casinos charge a $250 fine for each withdrawal returned. I've simply asked for an easy solution to this and really all I get is ignored. I hate to say it but it may be the worst customer service I've had in any industry.
I can't help but feel like I've been taken by Cool Cat and Palace of Chance. It's taken alot of the fun out of gaming and winning.
