Waiting for a $600 withdrawal for weeks. Customer service is non existent. They send you an automated email stating you will hear back in one business day and then you don't hear anything. They also then blow up your email with promotions in hopes you lose your withdrawal. They won't get any more deposits until I get paid.

Dear Player:

Casino has informed us that you have requested a $600 cash-out. Please keep in mind that promotions/bonuses cannot be combined. After checking the account we have noticed winnings are coming from 2 separate deposits:

1)From a deposit of $50 made on 12/1/2013 3:10:01 PM and a $185 bonus your requested a cashout of $100 (which was declined on 12/7/2013 1:02:43 PM since you did not meet the requirements to cashout from this bonus. Do not forget that Bonus amount redeemed will be removed from the winnings therefore and due to the amount requested you did not have enough money to be entitled to cashout). The $100 from this cashout have been returned to your account balance in order for you to increase your winnings and meet the cashout requirements.

2)From a deposit of $100 made on 12/7/2013 3:00:24 AM and a $350 bonus you made a $500 withdrawal request. Bonus amount has been removed from the winnings ($500 - $350 =$150) and your $150 withdrawal has been approved on 12/24.
