Palace of Chance Casino does not honor bonus

Palace of Chance offers a $150.00 bonus which they call NEVERENDING150. The bouns has the following terms which I understood and accepted:

$150.00 Free Casino Chip comes with a 20X wagering requirement and a

maximum allowed withdraw of $100.00. Free Chip amount is considered

fully cashable and will not be removed from your withdrawal request.


After having met the bonus requirements to make a withdrawal I contact one of the casinos live customer service operaters to request a withdraw. I was told that I could not make a withdraw and could only use the money in my account to play for fun. Please note this is the first time I played at this casino and could not have used the bonus if I alreay had an account with them. The original chat transcript is listed below and the casino has not responded to any of my follow up emails regarding this issue.
