Approval Of Withdrawals
All withdrawal requests must first be reviewed and approved by the casino before being sent for payment.

Standard Approval: All Standard withdrawal requests will be reviewed and approved, or denied, within 3 business days of your request. Your payment will be sent within 7 business days after approval. Please be aware since this is an international transaction, your bank and/or other banks involved may charge additional currency conversion and processing fees.

I've patiently waited the 3 business days for my withdrawal of $2,500 to be approved. I've patiently waited the 7 business days for my payment to be sent. I requested a bank wire transfer instead of a bank check. I've patiently waited those 10 business days to go by and was hoping to receive my payment via wire transfer Today, but, nope. P7C is violating their own T&C's, not even the player has violated the T&C's. The casino itself has been maliciously violating it's T&C's giving false incorrect info to it's players regarding payouts. I have yet to receive any type of payment from P7C.

Here's a conversation with their Withdrawals Department via LiveChat:

jed2widit: T&C clearly states 3 business days to be approved or denied, WITHIN 7 business days to be sent

As expected, not a even single response from P7C regarding this complaint.

P7C needs to be shut down, IMO.

Hi Jed--

I've had a look at your account and I do see that the payment was sent off late last week. I would imagine that the funds should be in your account by Friday (if not, already).

Please confirm once you've received payment.
