Planet 7 Casino - Over a month unpaid when promised expressed shipping!

When I first requested a withdrawal of over $2500, they e mailed me right away and said over night express shipment of payment except they will have to process all my documents first if I haven't submitted them yet. They had all my records on file then come two weeks after when I got an e mail saying my payment was not approved . They redeposited the money and when I called in they said they were missing one card. This was over three weeks ago on top of the two weeks I waited for them to give me a denial. After I sent the card info they e mail me back a week later saying it was approved . It been almost two months already and I still have not gotten paid! They keep trying to push me to a side and they take forever to answer their phones. Please help!

This matter has been resolved! Got a check today with no heads up from their casino I'm pretty sure you guys had something to do with it! Thank you soooo much!
