Got approved of my withdrawals on February 9th. Today is April 28th, still haven't received a single cent from my withdrawal. I've contacted them via live chat many many times. The first time they asked if i want a nonreloadable card instead because it will be faster and I told them ok. A few weeks went by and still nothing.. I contact them again and I was giving false promises to when the payment should bee in my mail and that they will call me back tomorrow and send me something to my email for me to fill out... GOT NOTHING! I've contacted them many times after that and they were VERY rude to me! They keep telling me that they don't know anything.. well then why the hell do you even have customer service if you can't even check the status of my payment?! STAY AWAY from this nasty people and their horrible casino.

Hi amchoo,

As promised, I've looked into your account and I can see that your payment has been sent off and I would expect to see the tracking on this in the next couple days. I would also expect the payment will arrive to you by Friday or next Monday at the very latest.

I'll update as soon as I receive the tracking.

I finally got my check after 3 months since I got approved.
