4 Withdrawals approved in December 2015 per my VIP Host, only one payment received in early March 2016. Another Withdrawal approved February 22, 2016; so I now have 4 outstanding payments. Cool Cat Customer Service has not been helpful. They say it's up to the Processor to send the check, and can't tell you when that will be.

Hi samh6286,

I'm so sorry about the delays you've encountered. I promise things are going to get back on track with these withdrawals.

To start, the three oldest withdrawals will be lumped together into one payment. This payment will go out Monday and I would expect to see the tracking before the end of the week.

As to the last withdrawal, I'm going to ask one of our Escalations Managers to contact you to see if we can sort out a better withdrawal solution for you--this would help get you your final payment a bit quicker.

I'll continue to follow this to ensure all goes smoothly.

I see your final payment has been sent off and I'm just waiting on the tracking. I'd expect to see the tracking in the next day or so, with the payment being delivered to you by the end of the week.

I am still waiting for the last check. I was told I should get it this week, but I have not gotten any confirmation that it has been issued from Tawni.

Today I received my last check. My thanks to Askgamblers and Tawni for quickly resolving my issues. Using Askgamblers was much easier than going through VIP Host, or Withdrawal Department live chats at the Casino as these did not accomplish anything.
