I requested 2 withdrawals from this casino last Wednesday, 21st July 2010 and it has still not been processed. The casino support mail address is not responding to my e-mails about it and whenever you log into the casino, their Live Help is always closed. I notice the casino has some bad press elsewhere, but I am hoping that I may be able to resolve this, as I have never had any problems with Rival casino's before.
