Casino Titan - Only $500 approved of the $2500 requested?!

RESOLVED

II am a senior and have deposited quite alot of money into my account at casino titan and was lucky enough to win. My withdrawal was finally approved and the max amount for withdrawal was $2500 I waited a week and found to my horror that only $500 was approved. I understand there is an installment policy however that is why I cant request my full balance and was doing the installments of $2500.
When I called I was told that it was the financial depts executive decision to only approve the $500. Why is here a max allowed of $2500 if you can only get $500

Can someone please help me to resolve this issue? I played on this website because I read they were a reputable casino

Not sure if this complaint is duplicated.

Can you please send me your username so I can take a look into this?

I have another withdrawal pending. I hope the whole amount is going to be approved

Hi Hannahg,

I spoke with our casino account managers and they told me your account is new, so there's not much history to check and speed up the withdrawals / amounts. Once your account will have a bigger historical, you will be able to change your player class and the installments will increase.

I apologize but I wont be able to help on this.

If you have further questions, please contact the finance department at the casino.

Since you are paying in small installments I want to confirm that my account wont be deactivated for any reason What is the policy on deactivating an account

HI hannahg,

the account wont be deactivated. The payments will get done in installments. Basically, in order to be deactivated you will have to do something wrong: breaching the terms and conditions, etc. Which is not the case :)

Best regards.

i guess I should have asked about the account being deleted for non activity. I read that you delete accounts for nonactivity and I want to make sure that wont happen. I want to get my withdrawals before making any more bets and I understand you cant bet while there is a withdrawal pending

Hi Hannahg,

this rule has been changed and you can bet and deposit while you have pending withdrawals.
