Online Vegas rip off
Ok live between California and Washington state. My husband is Canadian so when we are in WA we visit his kids in Canada. Our place in WA is right on the border. They informed me that I was blocked because I was playing from Canada. They asked me to send my proof of USA residency. I sent my credit card#, passport, hydro bills, taxes etc They approved all and reinstated my account. One agent told me I could gamble from Canada but I could not deposit or withdraw unless I was in the USA . I wanted to make sure so I ASKED FOR CLARIFICATION (ENCLOSED) They gave me that! So I when we were visiting I went ahead and played then they blocked me again but this time they will not tell me why. To top it off they will not refund my funds I deposited $30.00 and through tournaments won over $100.00. I know this is not a lot of $$ but I do not have a lot of money to spend! They said the funds are from tournament but I PUT MY ORIGINAL DEPOSIT AS ENTRY FEES FOR THE TOURNAMENT??? They would not tell me why?? Just you are blocked? I don’t even know if that was the reason. I would have never played from there if I did not have an email stating I could. This is not right just to block me when I don’t know why.

In order to do that the player will need to give you the Username to their casino account and the email and phone number to reach them. Once I have this, I'll forward it to the head of CRM.

I can confirm to you that the player was spoken to and the issue was resolved. The feedback I received from the CRM manager was that the player and the casino ended the conversation on a very good note. If you need more specific information, please speak with the player herself.

I do take some of the blame but they were rude and unresponsive as to why and how to resolve so why would I put money some place like that. No way

I finally got a person who was not an idiot. She explained what went wrong and we came to a mutual agreement. But it should not take this much effort to get an answer!! Turns out it had nothing to do with where I lived turns out I played some bonus money on blackjack and that is NOT allowed?? She ended up refunding 34 bonus buck but I do not think I would ever deposit money with them. Not if I had to deal with their crappy customer service and lack of servcie
