I won $645.00 on May 30, 2015. Most of the time there is no answer to phone calls, online chat or email. When I do get an agent, I am told I will be contacted in 4 hours. That has never happened. One excuse after the next.

I finally reached someone by chat on 8/4/15. I was told that "James" would be contacting me in 30 minutes. That was 2 days ago and no one has contacted me. I tried to call several times and they refuse to answer the phone. I have tried chat and email with no response. I was told a month ago to open UPayCard account which I did. They requested my ID once again, which I provided. I would like to proceed with further measures if at all possible. They had no problem taking my deposits one after the next.

They did pay me after 4 and half months. I did get the money and all of it in one payment. Could you please act accordingly.
