Slots.Lv Casino - After a whole month still no payment

I was approved for a withdrawal of $2000 on dec 4th and it is now Jan. 4th. What is the hold up? Every time I call they say they are "looking into it". I think they want me to give up, but that's not gonna happen.

Now, on Jan. 7th, they claimed I requested to cancel my withdrawal, which I didn't, and th y returned the funds to my account. I called and they said I have to start the process all over again.

I have been contacted by slots.lv and they have stated that I gave the incorrect swift code and so should receive my funds within 5-10 business days. Thank you slots.lv for contacting me promptly in regards to this issue.

Slots.lv has canceled my withdrawal request again and when I called to ask why, they said I gave "invalid bank information" but they wouldn't tell me what was invalid about it. So now I have to start the whole process over yet again and guess as to what was invalid about my info. Going on 6 weeks since initial withdrawal request.
