Vegas To Macau Casino - One month delayed payment due to problems with processors

I won 1603,50€ at Vegas to Macau Casino. This was on 17/05. When I didn't get my winnings, I asked with live chat some days later, they told me they didn't know and I should come back later when the manager is in the office.

I came back on 26/05 and live chat told me they had send me an email that I should send a selfie with my ID. I sent that the very same day. When I still didn't receive my winnings, I checked back some days later and was told that although my documents had been approved now, the payment would still need some days as they had some issues with their payment processor.

So I asked them to send me a bank wire instead, and they told me they would write me an email. I never received such email, and never heard back again from Vegas to Macau.

So my winnings are in the nowhere. In the casino they appear, but I have lost hope that I will ever receive them. I really cannot believe they have payment processor problems for four weeks, and if they wanted to pay, they would already have sent a bank wire.

We are sorry that you have had to wait for the withdrawal, currently we have been investigation an organised ring of credit card fraud cases, this unfortunately has affected the withdrawal times of some our customers that deposited during the same period, we hope to have this investigation close shortly.

HI there,

thank you for replying and explaining, but:

I understand if there is credit card fraud is going on you have to protect yourselves and investigate thorougly. All fine with that.
What I don't understand is that my account is involved in this investigation, as I deposited with Neteller, and AFAIK credit card fraud may either refer to stolen credit card numbers or making chargebacks - with Neteller this is not possible, and I have a verified Neteller account and have VIP status there.

I don't even have a credit card, nor did I ever use one (obviously) to make a deposit, so in conclusion, I really don't understand how this can affect my account.
