Noxwin don't pay the €10.000 i won at the casino, they have a one hour payout policy but don't pay me within a hour.
I open a chat and ask why, the chat agent 'Mario' and 'Theodore' told me i'm excluded for the 'one hour payment PROMOTION' and don't give me a reason.

A normal casino don't have a 'promotion' for payout in a hour, but Noxwinn still don't pay me the winnings..

Help me so they pay the 10k to my Skrill, regardering they Terms and Conditions they pay maximum €10.000k daily so please pay me my 1k...

Hello mellahltd,

I just checked your account and I found out that there are no money on it. You have spent all of them in just a few hours after your withdraw request.

When it comes to our one hour payment policy please be advised that the maximum allowed amount per withdraw is up to 1000 EUR. Our bonus department found out that you have tried to take the advantage of the promotion by not withdrawing your full winnings at once but dividing them in a several smaller amounts. By requesting them at the same time we had to restrict you from the promotion.

Please notice that the first withdraw was paid in one hour! Due to the rest of them as I see you have rolled back and spend them in a 1 – 4 hours after your withdraw request!

If you have any further questions please let me know!

Best regards,
