Noxwin Casino doesn't want to process my withdrawal

About 10 days ago I registered on Noxwin Casino's website. I deposited with Skrill and won. I didn't use any bonus. I sent all of my documents immediately. They reversed my withdrawal more than 5 times. I asked for explanation but the support team always asked me to wait few days, because the security team is slow, but I don't have to worry, I will get my money, they will process my withdrawal soon.

After 8 days they reduced my balance with my winning. I asked them why, the answer was the following:

Gyulyuzar:
we have deducted your winnings as you deposited from a third party source, you must withdraw your actual balance and after that we will remove your registered skrill and the deny deposit role

I don't know what does the 'third party source' means, but I read their terms and conditions and no information about that.

I talked with my lawyer, and he said if they accept my deposit, they are not allowed to take away my winning. I can't imagine the situation when I deposit and I lose and they refund the money because I used 'third party source'.

Unfortunately, no.. I contacted LGA, they are investigating the case.

The AskGamblers Complaint Team has been provided with the relevant evidence which showed that player deposited the money from the third party source.
Based on the stated fact we came to the conclusion that casino acted upon its own Terms and Conditions

The following activities are not allowed and constitute a material breach of the Terms:
· Undertaking fraudulent activities to your advantage, including the use of a stolen, cloned or otherwise unauthorised credit or debit card, as a source of funds;

In case of a disagreement with our decision we recommend player to seek further assistance on this matter from the relevant licensing authority responsible for this particular casino brand.

The case is resolved and offcialy closed.
