Dr Vegas Casino - After a week withdrawal still not sent

Now its 7 days and Dr Vegas did Not sent me my Withdraw.
everytime i talk to them the say we will send you an email , they told me that before 5 days and they keep say that. But they do not do anything.
last tow days they asked me to sent my Documents again, it was already sent before 8 day. any way i sent my Doc again and they do not help me or answer by email.
My withdraw is 100 Euro,

Can you check your Neteller account as the money was sent to you several days ago. If you haven't received a payment from us we can then chase it up for your with Neteller.
