Monte Carlo Casino - Nothing is responding at this casino

I was playing at this casino when out of nowhere the games stopped working, I got the message the game is not available right now try again later.
So I did just that I tried again later and then even later until I got feed up and I tried to withdraw the money I deposited now I get another message where it says server error so I cant withdraw the money.
I tried to turn to the support but there is no live-chat even if it says in the casino review I could only contact them via mail I have sent now 4 email and tried contacting them for 2 days I have never had worse experience gambling than I had at this casino. I want my money back the whole 100 euro I deposit and close my account im not playing anymore at this casino.


All lies below, im expecting restitution for this complete unprofessionalism and insult on your part by making me send 4 EMAILS without answers.

Indeed, there was a problem caused by one of our suppliers but everything is solved and running ok at the moment. Player asked for withdrawal, and it was approved. Can player confirm this?

They claim to have sent me the money but I have still not received it so I would like to keep this complaint open.
