My problem with City club casino is that they ask me to send them a notarised ID but I am unable to do that since according to the laws of my country (Czech republic) the notarisation of any identification documents is PROHIBITED. The casino was informed about that, they know very well about this law but still they refuse to pay the winnings without me providing them a notarised ID. No notary in my country will agree to do that for me because nobody want to violate the laws. But the City Club casino people just don't care and are happy not to pay me my 1608 euro legible winnings!
Please let us know if there's some update on your issue.
No, nobody contacted me. I only received exactly the same notarised ID request as before.
