Winbig 21 Casino - Not releasng my winnings

I have been waiting for WINBIG21 to process my winnings. They keep asking to make a deposit. In order to do that, I have to reverse my withdrawal, make the deposit and then cashout my winnings. By doing that, my winnings gets pushed back and it sits there waiting to be processed. I spoken with their customer service and they keep telling me "don't worry, you get your money this week". Well it has been close to two weeks now and nothing still waiting. I finally said to them, No more playing until I get my money. I guess they had a chuckle over that, extremely frustrated.

Winbig21 customer service has given me Finance email address. Below is the email I wrote to them and still waiting for response.

What is the Problem!! Why does it take so long for Wiinbig21 to release my money. I have been extremely patient and understanding that it is the holiday season which I find to be a load of bull because my money ($2000) has been sitting in the “processing” status way before the holiday.

This is a disgrace how you treat your players especially your VIPs.

I would like for someone from finance to get back to me ASAP!

Finally, after complaining for almost 2 weeks, Winbig21 has processed my winnings. Now I am waiting to see it in my bank account.

OMG! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!! Just had a chat with WINBIG21 asking them where is my money and they tell me to be patient. Why does it take them a whole month to release payments. The whole amount should have come in at the same time!!

So where's the other $1000 I have been online chat with WINBIG21 as to where is my other $1000 and each time I chat with them, I get a different excuse as to where's my money. Plus the one thing that get me so mad is that they tell me it was refunded back to my crediit card. This is not what I requested!! I checked my statement and nothing. I get back to them to informed them that no such amount has been refunded to my card. Where's my money. Then I get please check back with us later or tomorrow, blah blah blah! OMG... This is ridiculous.
