Crazy Luck Casino - Not releasing my winnings

I have been waiting almost two weeks for them to even process my winnings. I can see it just sitting there. When I spoke to customer service, they gave me excuse after excuse. Extremely frustrated! Also the casino is very aggressive to have you make a deposit but when you ask about your winnings I get the run around. If I would grade them, they would get an F.

I am still waiting. Below is the email I sent to them.

What is the Problem!! Why does it take so long for CrazyLuck Casino to release my money. I have been extremely patient and understanding but this is ridiculous! My money ($4000) has been sitting in the “processing” status close to two weeks. By the way, I was told by Shane that he was going to email me the faxback form within 2 hrs. that was December 23 and I am still waiting for this email. The incompetence of this casino is overwhelming!!!

This is a disgrace how you treat your players especially your VIPs.

I would like for someone from your accounting dept to get back to me ASAP!

Finally, after complaining for almost 2 weeks, CrazyLuck has processed my winnings. Now I am waiting to see it in my bank account.

Just had a chat with CrazyLuck asking them where is my money and Im getting the run around. This is ridiculous!!! They definitely get an F for service!!

OMG!!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!! I am still waiting for my payout which CRAZYLUCK said they have processed on 12/29. So today I go on chat to inquire to my money and this is their response

"There is some technical problem but can you contact us after 2 ours" I AM GOING TO SCREAM!!!

Every time, I speak with CrazyLuck Casino, I get a different story. Earlier I was told that they have processed my winnings on 12/29. The method I chose was to have the money ($4000) wired to my bank. I received an email from CrazyLuck casino saying ....
"We have $1000 refunded to card 5**6 yesterday and $1000 refunded on your
card 6**2 on 29th Dec so it will take some time to show in your bank
account. so please update us about this transaction so that we can
processed rest of amount on your card"......Now I'm angry, this is not what I wanted. I responded back to them saying......"This is not the method I wanted. I did NOT want my cards refunded because it takes too damn long. I requested the money to be wired to my bank as requested. Now could you please send me a check for the remaining $2000 via courier! Can please send me a check! This is what I want!"

Extremely disgusted with this casino.

I have been told by Crazy Luck Casino that I would be getting my $4000 in a day or two. It has been since December 16 since they have processed my winnings and now its soon to be the end of January. Every time I get online chat I get a different story and the attitude. I want my money!

The last time I spoke with Martin/Account Manager from Crazy Luck on Feb 18th, he informed me that my credit card will be credited and that it will take 15 days. I have been checking and nothing. Originally was told that the money was sent to my bank on Feb.2 and it would take 15 days. So when I called to check on the status that the money was sent on Feb 18th, I was told that the money will be credited to the cards today (Feb. 18th). My response was "WHAT! I was told the it was sent on Feb 2nd and it was going to be wired!" Their answer to me is "Im sorry, you will get your money." I have been waiting for this money since DECEMBER!!! Every time, I chat with Crazy luck, I get a different story. This casino should be rated an "F"
