I have approved payouts with planet 7 casino , i was following up with customer service , they said last week that my case is now with escalation department and asked me to email to [email protected] , which I did and had not received any response yet
i don't understand why is it taking so long when it is already approved ,its been already 3 months since approved now , i am calling customer care and not getting correct response from there too

I've had a look at your account and I do see that your wire was already sent off on Friday. I would expect you to see this reflected in your account before the end of this week.

I had talked with a vip host day before , I have a total of more than 4000 $ withdrawls approved and he says now only 1547 $ are wired , what about the other amount ? he says it is void
I don't understand I played and won , before you approve the withdraw you will check everything and do it . now how come my winnings have become void suddenly ?

I've spoken with our Escalations Manager regarding this. She forwarded the email she sent to you yesterday, explaining in full detail the entirety of your payments. The missing funds are by way of bonus funds, which as you likely understand now, are non-withdrawable.

As of now, there are no more funds due.

got the email , I understood the whole thing . thank you for your explanation and on time response .
how ever just want to let you know I have not received the payouts yet as you said would be appearing in my account by this weekend .

Hi anil22priest--

I should have mentioned this in my prior post (not sure where my brain was!).

We had a problem with a batch of wires when yours was sent off--for whatever reason, the processor did not get the wires off as quickly as I'd have expected and unfortunately, yours was caught up in this. I do know that your wire did get successfully sent off late last week. Please check your account--the payment should be reflected tomorrow or Wednesday.

I'm so frustrated with this, as the wire should have arrived by now (I'm certain you're even more frustrated). :-(

As it's the weekend, I'm not in the office right now so I'm unable to check--I'll make it a priority to look into what's happened, first thing Monday.
