Lucks Casino - Not received my money

I withdrew £300 on wed 13th April. I was asked to submit verification documents on Friday 15th. Which I sent straight away. I have emailed them Tuesday and Wednesday of this week and received no reply. It is now Thursday the 21st and my withdrawal is still saying pending and I have had no reply to my emails

Our payments team requested id documents, the account was successfully verified and player was emailed to that effect. Payment of winnings was made on the 21st of April, the weekend may have added some delay to the payment clearing in to the players account.

We endeavour to pay ALL players in a timely fashion, it so happens that in this case the player was being paid as the complaint was being raised. We understand why players can be concerned about timely payments. As a fully licenced UK casino we adhere to the highest standards in respect of banking and payment regulation, including ensuring that all accounts are fully verified prior to any payment of winnings being made.
