Hi I applied for my withdrawals on 30 September
£600 I have sent off all Documents requested
I have sent several emails with no reply I have spoken to someone on chat on many occasions.
Every time I speak to someone they say they will pass it on to finance and I never get a reply.

Hi thank you for your help in getting my winnings but I was told when I played
through my wagering requirement I can get all my winnings . I also had £1100
in my account and I've won £10,000 on one spin and have got £15'000
in my account, is there any chance I will get my winnings

This complaint is resolved. Casino respond that player was paid, but we didn't get any conformation from player.
