Club777 Casino - Not paying my winnings

UNRESOLVED

I won £23,000 on club777 online casino in October. £9,500 of this was paid out to me and then i received an email telling me that I have breached their terms and conditions and they have voided my winnings (see attachment). I have used the bonus to increase my chance of winning but have not been playing as part of a syndicate or abused the bonus. Living in greater London, along with millions of other people, it isn't surprising that other people have signed up in my area

“Hi,
Thank you for the correspondence.
This customer – as has already been communicated to him by our support team – was found to be engaging in clear bonus abuse via collusion, with various indicators (game play, bets, bet sizes, location, p2p transfers, etc) all confirming this. This was in violation of Section 5.1 and 13.2 of our website T&Cs – which all customers agree to abide by upon registering with us.
As a result, the customer’s winnings were cut and his deposits returned to him.
If the customer is dissatisfied with this outcome and wishes to appeal or refer this decision, we would point him in the direction of section 17 of our T&Cs, which details our complaints handling process.
Regards,
Club777.com Support”
Thanks

have not colluded with other players.
I will reply to their 'indicators' one by one;

Gameplay - I just played slots, clearly lots of people will play slots so I don't see how this is evidence of collusion. Also, no evidence or details has been presented to me of the other accounts I have supposedly colluded with
Bets/Bet Sizes - Again, I cannot help it if other people play with similar bet sizes. I bet big AND small, so it would be impossible for players NOT to bet the same size as me at some point
Location - I live in greater london. London is one of the most populated places on the planet with over 8 million people within 15 miles of me. I would be surprised if Mansion group did NOT have players near my location.
P2P transfers - I have not done any P2P transfers to anyone so this is an outright LIE. Again, no evidence of this has been presented to me.

Mansion Group clearly just don't want to pay out a big winner and have used highly circumstantial reasons (without any evidence) to come to a conclusion that fits their position of not wanting to pay me, and then hid behind their T&Cs.
If they had a UK company I would take them to court and the judge would laugh at their non-payment reasons.
If this route doesn't work then I will be complaining to the UKGC. Hopefully, what little reputation they have left will make them see sense.
