Grand Reef Casino - Not paying my winnings, using stalling tactics

I have made two withdrawal request in the sum of 2000.00 $ but they are now giving my all kind of excuse for not paying.
The first withdrawal was made on 15 march 2015 on one of my credit card and the second on 17 March 2015 by using another credit card. After the first withdrawal they asked me to send some documentation to prove that I was who I said I was. I send everything to them on 18 March 2015. After not hearing anything on contact online support and this is when they told me that they could not do one of the deposit on one of the credit card (second request). I was asked to cancel it and to resubmit to the other card. i did. i contacted them on monday 6 April to asked again and i was told that they were in the queue for processing and that everything will be done by Tuesday 7 April. i contacted them via online support again this am and now they are asking me for my bank account information. I told them that I do not have a bank account attached to my Visa and now they won't pay. They gave me the option to use my Visas for withdrawal but they won't pay and say they can't do it. I played with Casino Las Vegas and they never had problems depositing my withdrawal to either of my Visas. I have a feeling that Grand Reef Casino is using all kinds of different tactics to delay payment of my withdrawals. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hi there, I have just check the site and one of the withdrawal is missing from the pending withdrawal box. Not too sure if that means they have actionned and deposited the amount on my Visa or not but I will not be able to confirm until I get my statement. Will let you know soonest.
