5/11 requested withdrawal finally approved after 3weeks then told there is a delay with direct deposit. Last time there was a delay I waited 3 months. Still no payment. In addition slots of Vegas has taken over $500 in error. They have recognized the error and I also have a $575 withdrawal they say could take 30 days to approve. I should not be expected to wait 30 days for their error. Slots of Vegas and their merchants doubled all my deposit over the last 2 months and took over $500 out of my account that I did not approve I feel I am being scammed and stolen from

Still have not received payment. I did get email from slots of Vegas stating they would send a check because something is wrong with their direct deposit option. They will not explain why they are having delays with direct deposit. However, I still have not received a check. This is not resolved

I apologize for the frustration and delays you've experienced with this. I do know that Tara has been in contact with you, but I'm not certain of the current status. I'll have a look at your account, first thing in the morning to ensure everything is moving along--of course, I'll report back to you, here.

To answer your question relating to direct deposit payments, there is an issue with the processor that handles these sort of payments. We're hoping to have another processor for direct deposits, shortly.

I tell players this all the time: Outbound processing for US players is incredibly difficult--what may be available one day, may not be available the next. :-(
