Vegas Casino Online - Seriously delaying payment

I made a withdraw of 525.00 on 1/25/16 , it's been pending. I try getting help to see why it's taking so long , I contact customer service and they told me to contact financial , I did and got no help , they were always offline and the few times I did catch them online, I got put back to customer service & I left messages and I get no response at all

Hello , sorry Its took me awhile to respond. I received my check today , it was delivered on the 10 . Thank you and my problem is solved
