Casino Cruise - Delaying payments, not obeying its own payment rules and time frames

Keep getting told it takes 48 hours to be processed but been waiting well over 48hours getting really upset, is this site a scam, as I have sent all my details in passport address card details to verify my account, but they won't pay out after several emails they keep saying it takes longer than 48hours sometimes then I email again they say it's been sent to finance department but surely this is what they do in the 48 hours or are they should trying to get out paying me, please help feel so upset.

Hello great site by the way I wrote a complaint about casino cruise but since I did it they have payed out.
