Hi, I have problem with casino. I have won 100 euro from free spins,It was wager free. I made withdraw request 18,10,2015 for 100 euro and I received standard email Your request will be processed within 48 hours. Until then, it is possible to cancel the payment request and the amount will be credited back to your casino balance.

If your account is not completely verified, it may be possible that you will be asked to provide your KYC information; you will be contacted for this purpose, if it's required. After 48 hours I didn't receive anything so I contacted with Live chat : Julia said Your withdraw is realised,second operator said You probably will be asked for KYC information because is Your first withdraw . After 65 hours nobody contact me !!!

I contacted with support and after 15 minutes talk They said me what documents I need send with sacrifice,complaints is solved.
