I signed up to 888 casino and was given a £88 bonus to play for free it says what you win with the bonus money is real money which can then be played and what you win is yours,I played the £88 bonus and won a few pounds in real money so I played that and got my balance up to £600 which I then withdrawed on my account it said processing for a few days so before I was asked I send them the relevant id to verify my account the next day at 8:25 am I got a email saying my account has been verified and I can withdraw winnings then at 8:48 am I got a other email from them saying that I have misused my account and my is now blocked I have tried to email them to ask for a reason why they have done this and to tell them I would like the money I won but i've just been ignored I tried to log on to my account and I can't get in I just would like the money in which I won

Could you please explain to me what a notarized document is because I have sent a copy of to letters with my name a date and address on one from my bank and one from from the British government tax department
