7Kasino - Non response, no emails & no information at all!

i have taken the non deposit bonus of just $25 and successfully play and win up $236. Thereafter, the system disallowed me to continue playing without any information given. I have tried several times to email or try to live chat but it seems that all their system is offline or available all the times. Thus, I have no idea if the 7Kasino still exist or it is just merely an internet casino scam. Therefore, I hope you may help me on this. Thanks so much..

Firstly I cant found your account.

I am from 7kasino, and I cant found your USER ID, and no email has received from you, to our customer support! secondly, you always can contact us on : [email protected]

Also, if you really have account with us, you should play 60X minimum, and if you cant withdrawal your money, I think that this is because you didn't played yet, your 60X wagering requirement .

Also if you wish to withdrawal, you have to Deposit first, and then you can withdrawal your money.

Thanks for your reply. I just try to login and find out the very first time 7Kasino has disabled my account, and, you told me you can't find my account?? What a funny excuse!!.

I think you should able to find out my account again which is purposely locked up by you.

Again, finally i find out that why my email to you are all returned by the mail system because you are purposely giving a non existent email address in your 7Kasino website. U better have a look on that.
And, please UNLOCK my account and tell me when I should be able to withdraw the sum of winnings.

Any development, considering your case? Casino representatives can't find your account in their database. Please check your user's details or casino website.
