I have attempted to withdraw 300 dollars in winnings. Firstly they continually tried to say they did not receive my identity (drivers licence, teltra phone bill, realestate lease papers, psychology registration papers with current address. They returned the withdrawal money to the playing account without any notification; they are constantly saying id documents when I have submitted them. They will not payout the winnings. I have all the emails and screen shots through this whole process if your require them

If all documents you have provided are correct then there really should be no problem so it will be easy to solve once you get in touch. We want to pay all our winners as fast as possible. We are obliged to do a KYC check as per our licenses. Please do e-mail me so I can get this issue resolved ASAP.
