Non Payment or Communication with Lucky 18 casino

I won a substantial amount of money from Lucky 18 Casino in December 2011 I submitted an authorization form and have not heard anything from their payouts deptartment. People that answer the chat screen keep saying it is being handled by management and the accounts dept. After about 15 emails I sent to support since December 2011 I finally filed a complaint with CDS which was an icon listed at the bottom of the screen, and still nothing all I ever get from chat is they cant tell me anything now because a complaint or dispute as they call it was filed and is being handled by management and accounting.Someone please help me..This casino still is accepting peoples deposits but no one ever answers emails or sent any payments. As far as I am concerned 3 months is a long time to hear nothing
