Captain Jack Casino - Non payment on approved withdrawal

i did a withdrawal on March 31 which was approved on April 3 I was told the check would be mailed April 12 it was not and on April 15 my VIP host Keven was escalating the withdrawal to upper managment. It is now 4 weeks later and the check still has not been sent. The check should be sent overnight to me after this mess. My VIP host has been useless and this casino treats people terrible

I certainly understand your frustration and I sincerely apologize for what you've experienced.

I received the Checheck however I could not cash it I had to pay $25 and I have to wait possibly 6 weeks I don't want to close the complaint because I still do not have m y money

Hi ktmoat--

I'm sorry that you're having with this. Most players have no issues depositing checks from Canada, while some do--it's generally due to the type/size of bank you're dealing with (smaller and/or local banks and credit unions seem inclined to be a bit more fussy).

Unfortunately, this is the difficulty faced by all online casinos accepting U.S. players--it's just not an easy go getting players paid. Further, I know of no other U.S. facing casino that issues checks within the U.S. It's just that tough right now. :-(

I'm certain all will go smoothly from here with the check.
