Statusbet Casino - Non payment of withdrawal

I made withdrawal request of 1400 euros 10 days ago. My account has been verified and other withdrawals foe smaller amounts which were requested after have been paid. The casino say their was a technical issue with the withdrawal request, but cannot say when it will be resolved. Their web-site suggest that all payments will be made within 72 hours.
