On 7-25-2016, I submitted all requested information for my 2500.00 withdrawal request. Payout was confirmed. In August, another withdrawal request was made for another 2500.00. Payout was again confirmed. I have called several times... I have done the online chat and have been told I needed to send email to payout department. I have sent 4 emails with attention to Robyn and have gotten no response. I just don't understand this sort of delay!

First, I must apologize for the delays, but also for my very slow reply. Unfortunately, I've been traveling for work and I'm now just trying to get caught up while still on the road.

I've looked at your account and I do see that payments have been sent off to processing. Unfortunately, I have limited access to information while I'm away--I'll have to speak with my colleague in the morning to get all of the information necessary to give you the answers you're looking for.

Geeze, I'm so sorry--I'm scrambling to catch up with everything.

Regarding your first payment, I just checked the tracking and I do see this was delivered to you yesterday (Wednesday).

As to your next payment, give me just a few minutes. My system is running very slow right now and I don't want your issue to expire.

Hi Fran--

Sorry about that. Whenever I'm trying to be quick about things, my computer decides to be slow. :-(

I've pulled up the information regarding your next payment and I do see it's already off to be processed. With this in mind, I would expect your tracking to come through Monday or Tuesday of next week. Generally we receive tracking the day before players receive delivery (sometimes the same day).

Once the tracking comes through, I'll update this thread.

Again, I apologize for the delays, particularly on my end. I'm usually a bit more on top of things. :-)

Hi Fran--

I'm back! You hadn't heard from me for several days and now you get me three times in one day. ;-)

I have a bit more egg on my face with this, but fortunately, it's clearly good news...

I mis-read the notes on your account (when I made my last post) and after going through some tracking, I noticed that your second payment had already been processed...and delivered to you yesterday, along with your other payment.

I'm very happy to know this has now been resolved. I will now go hang my head in shame with my screw-up. Doh!
