Sloto' Cash Casino - Getting the run around for my payment

I requested and was approved for a withdrawal of $1000.00 on November 13th 2014, I had recieved a confirmation email saying the payment had been processed successfully as a swift bankwire, and i would need to wait 20 business days. I waited the 20 business days, no money.. I then recieved an email stating that the first " successful" processing didn't go through due to a system error, but not to worry because they reprocessed it, on December 15th, and now they had confirmation that it was successful this time, and i asked how would i know its not going to be another system error. They responded in the email provided that they assured me this would not be the case this time. But this time i was told i would need to wait 15 business days. I waited the 15 business days and still no money.. i've contacted live chat... customer service number,... sent emails to payment department, and the response i am getting is that because of the holidays that banks are closed on those days... it is January 6th.. when i recieved the response from the payment department... Dec. 15th until Jan 5th is 16 business days. I am getting absolutely no answers, no one is saying anything except the money is on the way and am out of ideas on how to get my winnings... I requested they send me a check by courier instead, and am getting the same answer, that the money was processed as a bank wire and they cannot send a check now, but i still don't have it. I just don't know what to do...

I believe you recently spoke with support about this and you should have received an email from them also.

Payment was sent December 15th. There was an unexpected delay and its expected that the money will be with you by the middle of next week. Our apologies for this unexpected delay.

I appreciate your response, and yes, since posting the complaint i did hear back from the customer service through an email that stated that the funds were held up and that i should expect them by mid next week. I will be sure to update at that time. The customer service people that i spoke with on the phone were very helpful, it was the responses from the payment department that were not. Hopefully , this will solve the issue.

Unfortunately, it is Friday Jan 16th, and the money has still not reached my acount. It was supposed to be by mid week. At this point can't we just have the money sent by courier check, it is apparant that the bank wire system is simply not going to work, its been over 2 months, and 2 bank wire attempts.

im updating on Jan 19th , i still have not recieved the money, it was traced 2 weeks ago, and was said to be in my account by mid week last week, i'm now being told that they will be doing another trace on the money.
