Monarchs Online Casino - Non Payment approaching a calendar year

REJECTED
posted on July 19, 2015.

I have not logged onto Monarchs in a long while because I came to the conclusion that they are a bunch of **** with no integrity at all.

I currently have a balance of $13,870.00+, ALL WON LEGITIMATELY AND PURSUANT TO RULES AND REGUALTIONS. All of this was won by virtue of credit card deposits made approaching a full year ago.

When I instituted questtions on procedure for withdrawal, the response was something akin to bonus deposits the casino made, yada, yada yada.

Time is money but this is crap. $13,000.00+ won legitimately and acting in good faith is a significant amount.

When I logged in this evening I initiated a chat and made it clear in no uncertain terms that it was well past time for the casino to pony up and provide me with what was needed to withdraw $10,000.00 of the $13,870.00+.

Respectfully submitted,

Richard Darner

Dear rhdarner,

According to our Finance Team, source of your winning is non deposited Bonus.

"If you've won using non-deposit bonus for the first time, you are allowed a maximum withdrawal amount of $150. Otherwise, all winnings that arise out of subsequent non-deposit bonuses claimed are non-withdrawable." You can find more information on http://monarchsonlinecasino.com/terms-conditions.html

Your group are the "poster children" and "text book definition" of low life, dishonest and fraudulent sc_m and your day will come. What you call your "Finance Team" are a perfect fit for your group.

If you had the moral makeup and integrity, which you clearly do not, undeniable facts are as follows:

a series of 2-3 small deposits were made in succession, a sum in the vicinty of $7,000.00 to $10,000.00 (bear in mind this was now a YEAR AGO) was won as the DIRECT RESULT of that last bank deposit.

Any of those out there might take heed !! This is common place with Monarch !!

First, their statement above states "...all winnings that arise out of non-deposit bonuses claimed are non-withdrawable".

Two things here:

First, Monarch's MO (Google them and see what you get as it will turn your stomach) is that they convert legitimate deposits made by players from cash into Monopoly money. Once a deposit is credited to your account, if you do not lose it immediately, they will go in (AND HERE IS THE KEY!!) place smallish bonus amounts in your account. These bonuses are IN NO WAY, SHAPE OR FORM CLAIMED by the Player, as the Player is more often than not unaware of it.

Lastly, WHAT KIND OF BONUS IS GIVEN UNDER THE PREMISE THAT ALL WINNINGS ARE NON-WITHDRAWABLE? Tell me "Finance Team" WHAT IS THE POINT OF PLAYING IF THERE IS A RULE THAT YOU CANNOT BE PAID?

Get real...

You and your group are liars, cheats, low life bandits and will get precisely what you deserve come Judgment Day. I do gain some degree of satisfaction out of that.

Dear rhdarner,

Please note, the source of YOUR winning is $65.00 non-deposited Bonus which you wagered on 08/09/14 22:36, also the last deposit you made and played it off was on 18/05/14 20:49 . In order to be eligible for winnings, the SOURCE of winnings needs to be deposit only or deposited matching bonus. Therefor, as first time cashing out of non-deposited bonus, you are allowed to withdraw $150.

Hope this clarifies

First of all, being that you have ZERO integrity, run your business (more acurately CON & SCAM) based upon FRAUD, LIES & DECEIT, I knew going in that you would DOCTOR YOUR RECORDS TO FIT YOUR GREEDY GOALS, which is exactly what you have done. Facts are what they are and EXACTLY AS I PRESENTED. So, you are offering me the EVER SO GENEROUS SUM of $150.00 on $13,870.00 LEGITIMATELY WON?

Monarch has no concientious, no sense of right and wrong and NO ARGUMENT NO MATTER HOW LEGITIMATE AND FACT BASE WILL BE HEARD BY A BAND OF THIEVES !

As the player rhdarner won from non deposited bonus, he is eligible for cashing out $150, which is maximum amount for non deposited winning. We consider this complain Resolved from our side.
