I requested a withdrawal of $2500 on July 11, 2016. Withdrawal was "approved" in July 22, 2016. User agreement says withdrawal take 7-10 days to receive payment. I have emailed the "escalation" department multiple times and I just keep getting a run around with excuse after excuse. The last email I received said payouts are delayed and will take 2-3 weeks. It has now been 8 weeks and they are no longer answering my emails. Please help!

I received my check today, thank you for your help. Fingers crossed my bank lets me deposit it. A little concerned after reading problems others have had.
