I won approx $5500 a couple of months ago and asked for a bank transfer. After a month of verification issues they deposited $3500 in my idebit account and said they mailed me a cheque for the balance. I moved July 1st but had done a post office redirection so I was ok. By July 18th I went to my old house and found out fedex tried to deliver it July 7th but had returned it to all slots on July 16th.

Since then I have had nothing but a huge runaround. Every day I am on live chat and I have to repeat this same story each time only to be told its with their finance team who never seem to be working. I can't get a name of someone who can actually help me. I am beyond frustrated and out of patience and I just want my money.

I have said everyday to make sure it is deposited into my idebit account and not mailed to me. I need help!!!

I am attaching copies of the shipping tickets I received from fedex. Hope that helps.

Hi Diane,

I understand that your funds were transferred to your idebit account after the cancellation of the sent Cheque.

From what I have read above this issue was due to a move of household. If this has not been resolved please feel free to
contact me here and I will look further into the issue for you.
