I had a withdrawal approved on 5/25/2016 for $2220 and one approved on 6/2/2016 for $1750. I have received $0 since then. It seems like whenever I speak to anyone I get a different story. I gave all of my information to have it wired to my bank account. My free daily spins were also taken away. I love this gaming site, but it is difficult to make a deposit when it is so difficult to claim and receive my winnings. I'm trying to be patient, but 30 + days to get my payout.....not okay with me.

I'm terribly sorry for the delays and frustration you've experienced with this.

I've had a look at your account and I do see that both wires went off, late last week. I would expect you'll see this reflected in your account in the next day or so.

Please confirm once you've received the wires.
