I have sent numerous emails to Cloudcasino support requesting deposit limits, then when I got no response I sent even more emails asking for my account to be closed - I have never even had a response from Support and my account remains open when I have repeatedly requested it to be closed. Very bad, actually nonexisten, customer support!

Funnily enough, after I posted my complaint I received my first email reply from Cloud Casino within 24 hrs. They have now closed my account as I requested and I now consider this matter resolved.
Based on the player's last comment we consider this case as resolved and officially closed.
