Raging Bull Casino - No responsible gaming, ignored emails

I joined the casino because the games looked a bit different. After a few deposits I felt I was maybe too eager to deposit looked for deposit limits non existent. I emailed to be excluded and I was again ignored/ the chat was unavailable.

I then spoke to someone who closed my account but then closed the chat without answering my question so I opened a new chat. To find that they will investigate then the chat was closed again....

Surely there's something that can be done?

The complaint has been reopened as per Raging Bull Casino request and AskGamblers Complaints Team would like to give this case one more try and help both parties involved to reach a satisfactory resolution.

I haven't received anything from them even though they (Raging Bull) said they were looking in to it.
